We craft exceptional Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with utmost care. Handpicked from our certified organic olive trees, our process includes immediate cold pressing on-site, preserving low acidity and maximizing polyphenol levels. Blending Fantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo varietals produces an intensely fragrant, smooth oil with notes of artichokes, fresh grass, and almonds, thanks to our unique terroir.
