This year was anything but typical, with the grapes taking their time to mature, which meant a longer harvest for us.
Our incredible optical sorter was a lifesaver, making sure only the best made it to fermentation!
It was a tough year with the grapes taking longer to ripen, for the first time in 25 years we extended the harvest until October. But we're optimistic for what's ahead!
Our new optical sorter was a huge help, ensuring only the best grapes made it to fermentation.
