THE CLIMATE
The vineyard is between two mountains torched by the Tuscan sun during the days with streams of cold air by night. The significant diurnal shift (hot days, cold nights) locks in the acidity and creates the wine’s trademark floral aromatics, preventing the fruit from ever becoming jammy or baked.
