Ra´ja
An authentic and rare interpretation of Falanghina. This wine originates from a vineyard located within an archaeological site of just half a hectare in Baia, where historic ungrafted vines (a piede franco) sink their roots into volcanic soils composed of ash and lapilli. A precision viticulture that, thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts and aging sur lies, enhances the primordial soul of a territory suspended between the sea and the fire.

AROMATICS
The bouquet is a dance of contrasts that reveals the energy of the subsoil: the opening is luminous, with vibrant notes of citrus and yellow peach that intertwine with balsamic hints and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. The complexity evolves toward warmer tones of dried fruit, before closing on a sharp and deep mineral texture, dominated by iodized scents and flint.
Palate
On the palate, the wine moves with elegance and tension. The entry is characterized by a vibrant freshness and a refreshing acidity. The structure is sapid, with distinct saline notes that recall the contrast between the volcanic soil and the proximity of the sea. The finish is persistent and clean, leaving a mineral trail in the mouth that speaks of sea and ash.
